The Cone Club occupies a magnificent seafront location, on the tip of a promontory covered with fragrant shrubs and criss-crossed by paths leading to small beaches or to the 7Pines Resort Sardinia, the new five-star resort that brings its concept of informal, relaxed luxury to Sardinia.
For the food concept, Tohru Nakamura, German-Japanese top chef, curates the unpretentious but excellent beach cuisine in close collaboration with the on-site chefs, local producers, growers as well as fishermen. Guests can expect light sharing menus interpreted with surprising flavors by Nicholas Hahn and Clemens Kriegerowski.
In addition to premium Mediterranean cuisine with locally sourced ingredients and a “Japanese” touch, the menu offers an unmissable selection of meat, fish or vegetarian and vegan tartare.
The Cone Club is a magical combination of a trendy beach club and an exclusive restaurant, which can be reached in a few minutes either by land or sea (the club’s tender picks up and drops off guest from and to their boats Ed.). The fun consists of excellent cuisine and good music, all in an informal mood that is created as early as lunch, continues into the afternoon on the beach and increases in rhythm until sunset over the sea, the official start of the night of notes at the Cone Club, the new place-to-be on the coast.
