CONCEPT
The concept of Runway Restaurant is to offer patrons a selection of the best Sardinian dishes prepared by following century-long receipts with a modern twist. Dining at Runway thus becomes a culinary travel of Sardinia through time and space.
SETTING
The triangular-shaped intimate dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the internal summer patio and the apron, with the view spacing around the valley over to the surrounding hills where the silhouette of an ancient castle makes the sunset even more romantic.
THE SHOW
During the day the constant flow of arriving and departing aircraft offers a completely different scene; the defilé of F900s, GVs, and BBJs – all usually customized with unique color patterns – is of interest to both aviation aficionados and leisure travellers who choose to dine at Runway.
Whatever the time of day, the experience at Runway will most certainly be remembered with pleasure in visitors’ memory.
