Unmistakable and unique island of Lavezzi. French Marine Park for more than thirty years, the island is cathedral made of carved rocks that hide thousand ravines. There are also two large bays open just enough to get inside and anchor. Cala di Giunco is recognizable by the small cemetery of granite and white limestone built on the beach, the memory of the sinking of the corvette Sémillante. From the center of the bay, the landscape of the surrounding granite is wild as moon; the sea is unforgettably transparent, just an hour and a half by boat from the Costa Smeralda.
